EDITORIAL GUIDELINES

Submit between August 1st and November 1st to the Southern-Latina Issue—
We are looking for Southern Latina poetry/prose, fiction, creative nonfiction/memoirs, and photography/art. We welcome work from women who were born in or grew up in the Southern U.S.—or who write about the South from a particularly Latina perspective.

Southern Women’s Review is looking for poetry/prose, fiction, creative nonfiction/memoirs, and photography/art by southern women. We welcome work from women who were born in or grew up in the Southern U.S., or who write about the South. Complete our online submission form and upload your work, or submit to [email protected]. Multiple submissions are accepted, though no more than 6 poems at a time. Prose should be under 2,500 words. Images should be at least 300 dpi. We do not accept previously published work. We do accept simultaneous submissions but ask that you notify us if your work is submitted/accepted elsewhere. Your submission gives us permission to publish your work extensively online, in a limited print edition, and via EBSCOhost. At this time, we do not pay upon publication.
